Intel Mini Scientist
Intel Mini Scientist 2019:
Fourth, fifth and sixth classes in St. Olaf’s National School entered the Intel Mini Scientist. All children did science investigations. We presented our projects to the six Intel judges on Thursday 15th November. On Friday November 16th, we invited parents into the school to look at our projects. Each child got an Intel Mini Scientist bag with a fidgetcube, wristband, Frisbee and a torch keyring. We helped pack the bags. The winners from each class got a red bag with a Wikipedia game, mini Jenga and a science experiment game. The overall winner from our school was Ella Richardson with her project ‘The Human Brain’. She goes to the Regional Final on Wednesday December 5th. We loved the Intel Mini Scientist and the children in school are looking forward to doing it again next year.
